Additionally, if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your appointment, the service will not be performed, and you will be billed the full amount.

6. Payments and Subscription Services

You are responsible for paying all fees associated with the services you book through our platform. Payment methods and terms will be provided at the time of booking. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors, and we do not store your payment information. Failure to pay any fees may result in the termination of your access to the Service. All fees are non-refundable, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

If you subscribe to any subscription services offered through the Service, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your subscription, including any applicable taxes. Subscription services may automatically renew unless you cancel in accordance with the terms of the subscription.

When utilizing the Booking Services, you consent to Zeus Men’s Health automatically billing your credit card or other payment methods for the relevant fees or charges, along with any applicable taxes, for the services reserved via our platform. This authorization will stay effective until you revoke it in line with our cancellation policy.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service date. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Emergency Protocols: In case of a medical emergency during a telehealth session, users should immediately contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room.

Cancellation of Services: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for the cancellation of any scheduled service. If you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be billed the full amount of the service booked. For services booked within 24 hours of the appointment, cancellations are not permitted. This policy also applies to group bookings (for two or more individuals); the full amount for all participants will be charged unless a 24-hour advance notice of cancellation is provided.

Zeus Men’s Health provides services including telemedicine consultations, lab tests, prescription medications such as peptides, weight loss medications, and testosterone replacement therapy. The healthcare providers will explain the proposed treatments and their associated risks and benefits, and you have the opportunity to ask questions before proceeding. Prescriptions are provided by licensed medical professionals based on their professional judgment. You are responsible for providing accurate medical information and for complying with all instructions related to your prescriptions.

Telemedicine Services

Mediation

Before pursuing any disputes in arbitration or otherwise, both parties agree to voluntarily submit all disputes (except for injunctive relief) to non-binding mediation with a jointly selected neutral mediator. Mediation will take place in Los Angeles, California, within sixty (60) days of written notice of the dispute. The mediator’s fee will be shared equally by both parties.

All disputes not resolved by mediation will be settled by final and binding arbitration, except for disputes prohibited by law from being arbitrated.
