Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Fulfillment

You should expect to be in touch with one of our medical providers for a formal virtual or in-person consultation within 2-3 business days of an order being placed. During that time you can also book your consultation using the following link based on your own schedule and availability: During the consultation, your health history and your recent labs (if needed) will be reviewed. If deemed necessary, further labs or tests may be ordered in certain circumstances or with certain treatments.  Once approved for a treatment and agreed upon by both the patient and the provider during the consultation, and payment/order is processed at zeusmenshealth.com , prescription will be sent to a partner compounding pharmacy by the provider, and order will be set for fulfillment generally within 5 business days. Rarely compounding pharmacies may take longer to fulfill a prescription order due to medication shortages, backordered medications, or delays in shipping. 

All products offered at Zeus Mens Health require an online consultation with a healthcare provider who will determine if a prescription if appropriate and safe for you. If approved, a prescription will be sent for fulfillment to one of our partner compounding pharmacies by our medical provider. Most orders are fulfilled within 5 business days, but occasionally can be delayed due to backordered medications or pharmacy shipment delays. The medication will be shipped directly to the patients home address provided on the order form once approved, prescribed, and fulfilled. Compounded drug products are not approved or evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA. The above does not apply to our testing services, which can be issued without a prescription. Generally the quest laboratory testing will require a requisite form to fulfill, which will be electronically submitted by one of our providers

Not all patients will qualify for a prescription and placing an order does NOT guarantee fulfillment of an order, until a consultation is obtained and medication is approved and prescription is sent to a partner compounding pharmacy by our medical provider. If the order is deemed unsafe, or unapproved due to other health/safety reasons, a refund will be issued immediately. We always make safety our primary focus here at Zeus Men’s Health, and our providers are all licensed and monitored by state licensing agencies. Our providers have all taken a Hippocratic oath to “Do No Harm” so we will never prescribe a medication to a patient if deemed unsafe. If the decision is made not to proceed with a treatment based on the provider or patient’s discretion, the order will be canceled and refunded, with the timing of refund dependent on the payment method (generally varies per credit card company or service e.g. apple pay, google pay, etc)

Not to worry. Orders can always be canceled before the consultation with the medical provider. However, once the consultation takes place and a treatment is approved by the medical provider, and agreed upon by the patient, an electronic prescription is then generated by the medical provider, and sent for fulfillment to the compounding pharmacy. Once the order has been sent for fulfillment to the compounding pharmacy, we are no longer able to cancel the current billing cycle. However, future billing cycles can easily be canceled and subscriptions managed on the portal at zeusmenshealth.com for further billing cycles/fulfillment cycles.
