Dr. Haad Mahmood, MD grew up with a strong passion for health and wellness. He earned his Biochemistry degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his medical degree from Chicago Medical School. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Huntington Memorial Hospital, an affiliate of USC Keck, and is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

With over a decade of experience in hospitals, particularly in emergency medicine, Dr. Haad witnessed the rising burden of chronic disease—closely tied to increasing obesity rates, declining testosterone levels, and worsening overall health. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Haad worked in several underserved communities and hospitals, which further exposed these issues, fueling his passion for proactive healthcare.

Dr. Haad has vowed to help men get ahead of their health goals before it spirals out of control and becomes too late. Instead of treating chronic diseases in the hospital as a reactive process, Dr. Haad has become more interested in longevity, preventing disease, anti-aging, and health optimization preemptively. A preventative rather than a reactive approach.
