You are responsible for paying all fees associated with the services you book through our platform. Payment methods and terms will be provided at the time of booking. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors, and we do not store your payment information. Failure to pay any fees may result in the termination of your access to the Service. All fees are non-refundable, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

If you subscribe to any subscription services offered through the Service, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your subscription, including any applicable taxes. Subscription services may automatically renew unless you cancel in accordance with the terms of the subscription.

By using the services of Haad MD Inc DBA Zeus Men’s Health (“Zeus Men’s Health”), you authorize the healthcare providers and their staff to perform any necessary medical diagnostic procedures and treatments to diagnose and/or treat your condition. You have the right to give, withhold, or withdraw consent for any medical treatment at any time.

Scope of Services

Zeus Men’s Health provides services including telemedicine consultations, lab tests, prescription medications such as peptides, weight loss medications, and testosterone replacement therapy. The healthcare providers will explain the proposed treatments and their associated risks and benefits, and you have the opportunity to ask questions before proceeding. Prescriptions are provided by licensed medical professionals based on their professional judgment. You are responsible for providing accurate medical information and for complying with all instructions related to your prescriptions.

Telemedicine Services

You consent to receiving healthcare services via telehealth/telemedicine methods and acknowledge the following risks:
Potential breaches of privacy due to internet transmission.
Possible technical issues that may disrupt consultations.
Risk of miscommunication during telehealth sessions.
Telehealth/telemedicine may not always be as effective as in-person consultations.

If your insurance does not cover certain services or medications, or if you do not have insurance, you are responsible for full payment.

Payment Methods

You agree to provide valid credit card information for billing purposes and authorize Zeus Men’s Health to charge your card for any services rendered. Payment is due at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Non-Payment

If your account becomes delinquent, your access to services may be restricted until your account is current. Non-payment may result in the use of a collection agency, and you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

3. Dispute Resolution

Mediation

Before pursuing any disputes in arbitration or otherwise, both parties agree to voluntarily submit all disputes (except for injunctive relief) to non-binding mediation with a jointly selected neutral mediator. Mediation will take place in Los Angeles, California, within sixty (60) days of written notice of the dispute. The mediator’s fee will be shared equally by both parties.

Arbitration

All disputes not resolved by mediation will be settled by final and binding arbitration, except for disputes prohibited by law from being arbitrated. Arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator in Los Angeles, California, under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, with limited rights of judicial review as provided by law.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

All products offered at Zeus Men’s Health require an online consultation with a healthcare provider who will determine if a prescription, if appropriate and safe for the patient. If approved, a prescription will be sent for fulfillment to one of our partner compounding pharmacies by our medical provider. Most orders are fulfilled within 5 business days, but occasionally can be delayed due to backordered medications, compounding delays, medication shortages, or pharmacy shipment delays. Zeus Men’s Health is not responsible for delays in shipment or fulfillment delays due to partner compounding pharmacies as this is out of our control. The medication will be shipped directly to the patients home address provided on the order form once approved, prescribed, and fulfilled. Please note that compounded drug products are not approved or evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA.

**Please note, not all patients will qualify for a prescription and placing an order does NOT guarantee fulfillment of an order, until a consultation is obtained and medication is approved and prescription is sent to a partner compounding pharmacy by our medical provider. If the order is deemed unsafe, or unapproved due to other health/safety reasons, a refund will be issued immediately. Please note that Zeus Men’s Health has a right to deny issuing a prescription, or shipment of a medication from our partner pharmacy to a patient for health and safety reasons to the patient, or any reason deemed to be in any way harmful to the patient or the staff at Zeus Mens Health.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible to reflect the intent of the parties.

This also applies to the location/jurisdiction in which the patient is located, as well as the shipping address that the patient receives medications, also must all be within the state of California. We strive to provide treatments with the highest standards, in full compliance with all local, state, and governmental laws and agencies, including the medical board, Pharmacy board, and FDA, under the jurisdiction of which Zeus Mens Health serves. We understand that these governing bodies maintain the right to limit our ability to prescribe or dispense any treatment or medication based on their rules, regulations and discretions. In the rare instance that this occurs, and we are no longer able to provide a treatment or medication due to a decision by a regulatory agency under which the jurisdiction of Zeus Men’s Health falls, we will make every attempt to provide our patients with an alternative treatment option. We cannot guarantee that the alternative treatment will 1) Be as effective as the discontinued treatment 2) Be as well tolerated as the discontinued treatment 3) Be of equal or comparable price as the discontinued treatment (often times the replacement may be significantly more expensive).
